1. Điều khoản sử dụng

App giúp bạn lưu video và âm thanh từ YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok về máy. Bạn chỉ được tải nội dung của chính bạn, nội dung bạn được phép tải, hoặc trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép. Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm với việc sử dụng nội dung đã tải và tuân thủ điều khoản của từng nền tảng.
App dùng phần mềm mã nguồn mở yt-dlp, FFmpeg, Deno (xem THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt trong thư mục app). Khi các nền tảng thay đổi, việc tải có thể tạm lỗi cho tới khi yt-dlp cập nhật; app tự cập nhật yt-dlp.
App được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”, không bảo đảm chạy được với mọi video hay mọi máy.

2. Bản Pro

Bản Pro mở khoá video trên 1080p (2K, 4K) và tải video không giới hạn. Bản Free tải video tối đa 1080p, 5 video mỗi ngày; MP3, M4A, chế độ điện thoại và chuyển H.264 miễn phí.
Có hai gói, đều không thu phí tự động: Pro trọn đời (trả một lần, key không hết hạn) và Pro 1 năm (key dùng 365 ngày kể từ ngày mua). Mỗi key dùng cho 1 máy tính và cho người mua sử dụng; không bán lại hay chia sẻ key. Đổi máy: liên hệ để chuyển key.
Gói 1 năm: hết hạn thì máy đó quay về bản Free (mất 2K, 4K và tải không giới hạn), key vẫn còn và gia hạn được. Gia hạn ở trang mua: chọn “Gia hạn key cũ”, dán key, trả tiền, key được cộng thêm 365 ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn (nếu còn hạn) hoặc kể từ ngày trả tiền (nếu đã hết). Không có email nhắc tự động; app hiện ngày hết hạn và nhắc trước 30 ngày.
Cập nhật miễn phí cho mọi bản trong dòng 1.x. Nếu sau này có bản 2.0 hoàn toàn mới, mình sẽ thông báo và tính riêng; các bản 1.x bạn đã có vẫn dùng bình thường với key của bạn.
App cần kết nối mạng định kỳ (ít nhất 14 ngày một lần) để gia hạn bản quyền.
Key có thể bị thu hồi khi đơn hàng được hoàn tiền, bị chia sẻ công khai hoặc dùng sai mục đích.

3. Thanh toán và hoàn tiền

Thanh toán qua payOS bằng mã QR chuyển khoản ngân hàng (trang mua tiếng Việt), hoặc qua PayPal bằng tài khoản PayPal hay thẻ Visa/Mastercard, tính bằng USD (trang mua tiếng Anh). Giá ghi trên trang mua đã là giá cuối cùng.
Hoàn tiền trong 7 ngày kể từ lúc mua nếu bản Pro không chạy được trên máy của bạn và mình không khắc phục được, hoặc nếu bạn trả tiền hai lần cho cùng một lần mua. Liên hệ Zalo 0334934592 hoặc email [email protected] kèm mã đơn hàng; tiền được trả lại theo đúng cách bạn đã thanh toán (chuyển khoản, hoặc hoàn tiền qua PayPal) và key bị thu hồi.
Đã chuyển khoản mà không nhận được key sau 10 phút: liên hệ kèm mã đơn hàng để được xử lý.

4. Quyền riêng tư

Khi mua, mình lưu email (để gửi key và hỗ trợ), số tiền, mã đơn, mã giao dịch payOS hoặc PayPal, thời gian và địa chỉ IP (chống tạo đơn rác). Thanh toán do payOS hoặc PayPal xử lý, mình không thấy số thẻ của bạn; email gửi key qua dịch vụ Resend; dữ liệu đơn hàng lưu trên Cloudflare.
Khi kích hoạt và gia hạn, app gửi key và một mã máy. Mã máy là chuỗi băm một chiều từ mã cài đặt Windows, không chứa tên máy, tên người dùng hay số sê-ri phần cứng; chỉ dùng để mỗi key chạy trên 1 máy.
Video bạn tải được tải thẳng từ nền tảng về máy bạn. App không gửi link, tên video hay file của bạn về máy chủ nào của mình.
Thống kê sử dụng ẩn danh (từ bản 1.1.7): khi mở app và sau mỗi lượt tải xong, app gửi một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên (tạo ở lần mở đầu tiên, không liên quan đến máy, key hay tài khoản), phiên bản app, gói Free/Pro, ngày, và số video, số âm thanh đã tải trong ngày đó. Mình dùng các con số này để biết có bao nhiêu người dùng app và app được dùng thế nào. Không gửi link, tên video, tên máy hay email, và máy chủ không lưu địa chỉ IP của lượt gửi này.

1. Terms of use

The app saves video and audio from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to your computer. Only download your own content, content you are allowed to download, or as the law allows. You are responsible for how you use what you download and for following each platform’s terms.
The app uses the open-source yt-dlp, FFmpeg and Deno (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the app folder). When a platform changes, downloads may fail until yt-dlp is updated; the app updates yt-dlp by itself.
The app is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it works with every video or every computer.

2. Pro

Pro unlocks video above 1080p (2K, 4K) and unlimited video downloads. Free downloads video up to 1080p, 5 videos a day; MP3, M4A, phone mode and H.264 conversion are free.
There are two plans, both with no automatic billing: Pro lifetime (pay once, the key never expires) and Pro 1 year (the key works for 365 days from the purchase). Each key is for 1 PC and for the buyer’s own use; do not resell or share keys. Changing PCs: contact us to move the key.
The 1 year plan: when it runs out the PC goes back to Free (losing 2K, 4K and unlimited downloads); the key itself stays and can be renewed. To renew, open the shop page, choose “Renew an existing key”, paste the key and pay: 365 days are added from the expiry date (if it is still valid) or from the day you pay (if it has run out). There are no automatic reminder emails; the app shows the expiry date and warns 30 days ahead.
Updates are free for every version in the 1.x series. If a completely new 2.0 ever comes, I will announce it and price it separately; the 1.x versions you already have keep working with your key.
The app needs to go online from time to time (at least every 14 days) to renew its licence.
A key can be revoked when its order is refunded, or when it is shared publicly or misused.

3. Payment and refunds

Payment goes through PayPal with a PayPal account or a Visa/Mastercard card, in US dollars (English shop page), or through payOS with a Vietnamese bank transfer QR code (Vietnamese shop page). The price on the shop page is the final price.
Refunds within 7 days of purchase if Pro does not work on your PC and we cannot fix it, or if you paid twice for one purchase. Contact [email protected] or Zalo 0334934592 with your order number; the money goes back the way you paid (a PayPal refund, or a bank transfer) and the key is revoked.
Paid but no key after 10 minutes: contact us with your order number.

4. Privacy

When you buy, we keep your email (to send the key and for support), the amount, order number, PayPal or payOS transaction reference, time and IP address (against spam orders). Payments are handled by PayPal or payOS and we never see your card number; key emails are sent through Resend, and order data is stored on Cloudflare.
When the app activates or renews Pro, it sends the key and a machine id: a one-way hash of the Windows installation id, without the computer name, user name or hardware serial numbers, used only to keep each key on 1 PC.
Videos you download come straight from the platform to your computer. The app does not send your links, video titles or files to any server of ours.
Anonymous usage statistics (from version 1.1.7): when the app starts and after each finished download, it sends a random install id (made on its first start, not tied to your PC, key or account), the app version, the Free/Pro plan, the date, and how many videos and audio files it saved that day. We use these numbers to know how many people use the app and how. No links, video titles, computer name or email are sent, and the server does not store the IP address of these reports.
